It is interesting (and somewhat distressing) what the youth of different countries find to do to escape boredom and/or get their kicks. While riding between metro or RER cars has been a popular sport in Paris in past years, it seems to have died out, perhaps thanks to two young French men who have become media stars and role models after being permanently crippled by doing stupid things on commuter trains (Jamel Debbouze, a comedian, and Grand Corps Malade, France's #1 slam artist) -- they have made it clear that you are not right in the head if you do such things.

When the Super Highway became commercialized, its use was intended for the free and legitimate exchange of information and instantaneous communication. It was a fairly innocent medium, awkward to some, but still innocent and safe. However, nowadays, staying safe online has become a never-ending battle - for children as well as adults. Because cybercriminals are becoming smarter and more sophisticated in their operations, they are real threats to our personal security and our privacy. -------------------------- AiIdeal JimAi number plates onlineshow plates

it used to be somewhat popular among certain groups in berlin too - though they'd usually open the door of a riding train and climb out rather than climbing on the train before it started. i knew someone who died doing that, though he was also on drugs at the time...
