As children, most of us are super conservative in our food likes and dislikes, but many of us get over it as time goes by. Some of us never do.

Here is a chance to discuss how it happened or why it never happened and whom you will never forgive.

I was a little Louisiana child. I ate everything & with gusto. My family is enthusiastic and curious about food. I can remember standing in the Mediterranean with my mother as she showed us kids how to use a pin to dig sea snails from their shells so we could eat them then & there.

I don't think I was super conservative, always experimental by nature. However I did have some serious (and not imagined) alllergies).
