There has been so much stuff written recently about the horsemeat hidden in beef products, the fecal matter in Ikea tarts and so many other things -- none of which turned out to be harmful to health because the quantities were so low or did not matter in terms of health. So I take a certain amount of satisfaction in the German word (which I don't feel like looking up right now) about reveling in the misfortune of others in this story about the "best" restaurant in the world giving food poisoning to its wealthy customers: Diarrhea at Noma!

Echoes of the " Fat Duck " a few years ago which was traced to oysters marinated in "jus de sewarage"
It will be interesting to read about the source of the problems at Noma. If it is Norovirus...less like;ly to be tainted food rather than poor hygiene.
I have thought a few times about posting a thread about horse meat, but held back. However today I got a letter from my vet outlining the measures that are being introduced to make sure ( unsuitable) horse meat does not enter the food chain. ( %%%^^$$£****££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££)
So , what do AP's think .... edible or completely not ....?
