Sometimes the Leviathan that is the EU actually is good for something... Apparently you can 'download' something called an 'app' to your 'smartphone' from the, erm, Interwebby thing, which will display all your travel and passenger rights while travelling within The Union...which can be a tricky subject given the game of 'hide and seek' being played out every day between the relevant authorities and travel companies, particularly in the airline business where a Dickensian attitude prevails or would do, if a HA (Higher Authority) doesn't intervene from time to time... ec.europa.eu/transport/passenger-rights/en/mobile.htmlYou guys probably know all this already but these things tend to be something of a mystery to old dinosaurs/mere 'dumbphone' operators, like WHJ...

Thanks, never know when things like this will prove useful, especially considering how dim some bureaucrats can be.
