It's part of the job of being a good mother/grandmother. Anyway, it's a very photogenic state.

But sometimes it can be a bit tough when balancing with my now primary occupation. Anyway, it looks like if I fly once again through Atlanta I can get airfare for next to nothing.

Htmb - awesome photos.... just found this thread and it's so funny to see all these familiar spots since I live in Phoenix and we've been doing Sunday road trips up north to get out of the heat. Oak Creek Canyon (the road from Flagstaff to Sedona) is gorgeous in the fall with the aspens changing colors but can be dangerous as well in the winter with snow/ice. You caught the Bank One Ball Park (or as it's known now "Chase Field") home of the Arizona Diamondbacks with an open roof in one of your downtown photos.... very cool! We actually have another ski area in Arizona in the East - the White Mountains in the Show Low area. Believe it or not, but this German girl learned to ski there LOL. Yep - in ARIZONA not in Austria/Germany/Switzerland I just realized that I said that already last year in this thread. Sorry - if I am repeating myself - I got excited to see these again. I thought I had commented already on this post but hey..... once, twice, can't complement it enough right?I also believe there is skiing in Tucson - but Snowbowl is the closest and we love going up there (only a 2 hr drive from our house) early on a weekend to see the Sunset Volcano Crater or the native ruins. Fabulous photos as usual (I think I have shopped at that safeway too) Thank you so much again.

Thank you, Skater! It won't be long until I'll be out that way so let me know if you might be shopping at the Safeway anytime soon.
