Belle Vue an area of Manchester that was once full of entertainment starting in Victorian times - a zoo, a speedway track, an amusement / theme park , a greyhound race track. Now I think all gone and a residential area although I've not been back there for 40 years or so.

You are absolutely correct. I don't know how I managed to misspell it, since I even looked it up before posting so as not to make a mistake. Boroughbridge -- town and civil parish in North Yorkshire, England, it is the home of three standing stones, "the Devil's Arrows", believed to have been erected in the Bronze Age. The tallest is 22 feet high
