This makes it so easy to read several times! You did a great job on your trip report with excellent photos to go with it. I'm sure many people will use it as a reference when planning to go there!

Well done, Deyana. It is a bit confusing following your journey among all the other posts, excellent though they may be. If this is all going to be a book someday, do the anyporters get to write the blurbs on the cover?

Thanks, ladies! questa, the blurbs would be very welcome. Without Anyport and it's members I probably wouldn't have even thought about writing up about it.

Deyana...
"to really appreciate this book, surround yourself with smells of marigolds and jasmine, incense and motorbike exhaust, dust and cheap cigarettes, frying food and cows.
Listen to the sounds of chanting, temple bells, traffic, voices laughing and squabbling, and street sellers calling their wares with Bollywood dance music ever present. Add the call of peacocks and chatter of monkeys for the full background to this splendid pictorial tour of India"
(More realism is felt if the reader has a tummy bug at the time!)

It's funny before I read the last line above, that element had already entered my mind.

Well, that could be the start of a new thread.."Blurbs I would write if so-and-so's thread got published as a book" (I'm thinking there are many different threads here worthy of publishing in book form)
M. Kerouac 2 is this OK? I don't know how or where to start it.

Well, if we are talking about imaginary (or real) books, The Library is the place to start a thread.

So, I've decided to write a book of this journey that I did in India. I'm so glad that I have these threads on here to look back on as a reference. The book will be more of a personal account, more detailed, and a challenge for me to write I'm sure!
It will also take some time to write, as my time is quite limited. But that's fine with me, It doesn't matter to me how long it takes, I just want it to be good and real and interesting.
I have no title for it, so any ideas on that would be much appreciated!
