I have always loved passion fruit (maracuja) but for years I never bought any and just consumed items that contained passion fruit. However, now I do buy them (very easy to scoop out the pulp to put on/in things) but I still don't know which ones are the best to buy. At my Chinese supermarket, the display shelf mixes wrinkled ones with smooth ones indiscriminately, as though it doesn't matter. I tend to choose the smooth ones, but maybe I am wrong. Hwinpp certainly would have had the answer to this or could have asked someone about it.
