Frankly, I have no problems with these rules, but apparently a lot of tourists flout them constantly. However, I don't understand the problem with the 3rd image except perhaps for being "tight." imageshack.com/a/img838/797/jwc1.jpg

I wonder if they're going to be enforced. In Dubai malls are full of digital boards saying the same thing, but no one bats an eyelid and wears pretty much anything.

Short sleeves are accept -- sleeveless is not.
Now we are waiting to see if Qatar will have the 2022 World Cup taken away. Apparently various parties paid more than US$5 million in bribes to obtain the necessary votes.
