Whether divine intervention was involved or just some sleazy genetic engineering, some creatures should not exist.
For example, the sphinx cat.
It nevertheless manages to breed and replicates new horrors.
The babies look like mutated embryos.
Who wants a cat that looks like a dog?
I wouldn't even want to put such a thing on a skewer for a barbecue.
I don't think I have ever had a nightmare where such monstrosities were present.
