I saw these pictures somewhere else recently. Thanks for posting the link. It confirms my idea that portraits are so effective in black and white.
The sisters are also lucky that they are still around and still close to each other.

It's interesting that they seem to have aged at different rates. Looking at the changes over the years, one inevitably probes the eyes to try to figure out what has happened in their lives -- marriages, divorces, children...

Oh, thanks for that, Lugg! I saw the sequence online a couple of years ago, but I don't think it had every single year as this one does, nor obviously did it include 2014.
To me the most interesting thing is the positioning of the sisters in relation to each other & the deployment of their arms & hands in each picture. Those things seem to psychologically speak volumes.
