Well Mark, you've done a sterling job sending us such a wide a varied amount of interesting photos! This last bunch had me notice that the 'chariot' in front of Chariot Beach Restaurant looks mighty modern as were some others I noticed. As for your last photo of a very worried Mother Theresa holding a baby ( at first I thought it was a little monkey) conjured up all kinds of captions to the photograph....."Oh blimey, I've forgotten the Pampers" - Thanks again for a very entertaining report!

I think that you failed to realise that both of the processions were to honour you, Mark, as an ambassador of Indian holidays in an atmosphere of people who are wary of visiting this splendid country due to a bit of negative propaganda.
