Where about would I find that gold lizard curled around the blue-grey ornamental bollard ? There are several of them below the Pont Alexandre III.

Great pictures, Kerouac, although rather scary. Somehow the shot of the Batobus stop really highlights how much the river has risen.
Can't believe you told Tod where the lizard is. I get the distinct impression she means to make off with it!

Oh you naaughty accomplice!! Lets see who gets there first - ha ha!! I think I beat you to it Bixa, as I've just taken a walk down there with Google street maps. Besides a close-up of the "lizard"/Salamander , I noticed the beautiful iron Art Nouveau gates baring anyone from entering a room underneath the bridge/road. Must be where they keep the clean-up equipment? Now under water maybe....
