Is this all stuff from around where you live? The detail is really good.

Yep -- the first two pictures are on an art cooperative on the big north-south street perpendicular to my street. Everything else is within a three block radius. You can see there is also stupid tagging, but tons of good stuff. What amazes me are the sign painters who put stuff like the Coca-Cola logo & the like on the sides of buildings. It's always perfect, right down to the condensation on the bottle.

I lived on rue de l'Ourcq from about 1978 to 1991, so I am still interested in its evolution. In recent years, it has become the main canvas of the work of street artist Da Cruz, who does almost all of his work in the 19th arrondissement, although OnlyMark recently showed us that he has also worked in Colombia.

Fantastic set of images K2 -just love the colours. I can see how it links with South America too. Sometimes street art just leaves me cold but these certainly do not.

Dang!
I would not like it at all if the garden of my home were right underneath that.

I would have liked to watch as this last piece of art was created. I have decided I like it because it’s similar to the art created by my granddaughter to illustrate her books. She’d love this!
