Bringing Vista under control

There is good information on how to get rid of some of that Vista harrassment here.

(In fact, Vista is harrassing me as I post this because there is absolutely no space on my screen concerning the word 'here' yet no matter how I try to present it, Vista places a space to fuck it up.)

Thanks for that. I HATE that when you defragment it gives you no idea of how much progress it is making. I almost wonder if it is really defragmenting at all.
