This sounds logical: "Don't buy anything with more than five ingredients (too processed), with ingredients you can’t pronounce (too processed), with anything artificial (tastes bad), with a cartoon on it (direct marketing to children), or with a health claim (misleading)."

I went to one of the tiny local grocery stores in my neighborhood this afternoon. While there, I decided to buy a package of pasta to have on hand. One of the choices was something tubed like penne, but in a spiral shape. It came in the colors of the Mexican flag, white, red, and green. We had a good laugh about it being fake health food, but the ingredients list said it had tomato powder and spinach powder in it. This struck us as even funnier.
I bought it.
