Interesting mix of modern metro station art and the guy selling food out of a grocery cart in front!
Reminds of me the guys selling grilled corn in the metro station entrances in the 20th arrondissement.

The Guy Môquet station has an informational panel about this communist resistant who was executed by the Nazis at age 17. He was the youngest of 48 men who were shot on 22 October 1941 in reprisal for the death of lieutenant-colonel Karl Hotz who was killed in one of the first terror attacks of the Resistance. The reason that Guy Môquet remains famous is because the letter he wrote to his family the night before his execution is still studied in French schools.

Well, I'll admit that The Tim Traveller has a bigger following than me. I took the same pictures two days ago but have not posted them yet while he made this video of my station yesterday and already has almost 64,000 views.
