i have this weird stinging pain in a tiny spot of my back lately - right next to the right shoulder blade. the same stop is also often itchy (it happens to be one of those unreachable spots) - and when i am on a walk, i sometimes get a weird cold and wet feeling there, at first i thought my coat has a hole and i got some rain or snow there, or a slimy animal crawled in... today, when i was turning to the side to lift the little one up, it hurt so much i shouted out in pain... could that be like a trapped nerve, do you think?

This may sound crazy, but try moving your fingertips firmly over the front part of your lower legs. You may find a spot that triggers the sensation in that place on your back. If you do, apply pressure with your index finger on the spot on your leg -- pushing firmly, with a slight wiggly motion of the finger.

didn't find the spot, but it still feels nice pressing on my legs (and yeah, i think i feel a connection to my back, which is anyway quite tense in general lately)...

I have recently found an osteopath/acupuncturist who has done wonders to relieve tendonitis in my foot. During the treatment he used a laser on my foot. This encourages cell regeneration. Perhaps such treatment would help you, Rikita? A good osteopath would surely recognize your symptoms.
