Galatasaray is the rival, once I have kicked out a friend out of my flat at 2-3 am who was a fan of them because of an argument about two teams I am a dark fan. silly days.

I fecking HATE Turkish Football and their fans.... Knives went out in the 80's when the Scousers stopped taking double Stanley knife blades away.... Stereotyping I know but when you lot stick up the 'WELCOME TO HELL' bollocks?...and you lot carry knives? Get over... I agree, once I had a season ticket but didnt renew it, because there was too much swearing and agression going on in the stadium and around. But nowadays, it seems much better.

The Chilean teams are pretty bad, so I don't really have a favorite. It says something for the quality of the leagues here when a 3rd division teams (young guys playing for minumum wage) was able to beat the reigning champions of the first division. One first division player makes more than the combined payroll of the whole third division team.
I watch the Chilean national team. They brought in a new coach from Argentina who has done some good, but they are horribly inconsistent as well. They were able to beat Argentina for the first time ever in a World Cup qualifying match, but then lost to Honduras.
The women's under-20 World Cup was here a few months ago and I went to the final. The US beat North Korea.

Lyon was very upset last night not to beat the Barça. They were leading 1-0 for a long time, but it all ended at 1-1.

That result is a success I think for Lyon.
Liverpool made it 1-0 last night, was a good game.

Yes, we deserved the win; were certainly the better team. Although it helped that Real were pretty shit at the back.
This is backed up by the fact that the smallest player on the pitch headed the goal in .....

It is not a surprise for me a short one scored but a classic. Usually, defenders do not take care of those, but unexpectedly short ones find nice spots to score.
I still remember how Liverpool put to Milan in Istanbul in Champions L final...They have my all support and if I lived in UK, definitley I'd be a fan of Liverpool.
You will never walk alone!

There are many football teams, but only one Arsenal. They are my adopted club for many years thanks to Charlie Nicholas playing for them some years ago.

Manure beat them 3-1. They scored 2 goals in the first 11 minutes, and Arsenal gave up. Shame.
I hope Chelsea get thrashed by Barca tonight, and then they go on to whip ManYoo in the final.

Not thrashed, but beaten apparently in the last minute with an away goal. I gather that the Chelsea players were going MAD at the referee after the game. This makes it a sweet win indeed for one of the teams that I like.

Just desserts, seeing as Drogba and Terry cheat man many times EVERY match.
I only hope Barca can beat Manure in the final. And actually, thinking about it, I'd rather they win by one REALLY contentious goal now ....

I watched the game. I was really surprised Barcelona barely got through, I was expecting more goals on their part. Was it difference of goals or something like that that meant that they get to be a final when the game ended tied? Personally, I think they need to play until they have a definite winner, or penalties or something like that. None of this wishy-washy stuff. It is similar here for Copa Libertadores.

The first leg in Spain was 0-0. Second leg 1-1. Overall, a draw, but the team with the most goals scored away from home win in this case. Seeing as Barca scored 1 at Chelski, and Chelski failed to score at Barca, the Spaniards go through.
Ha ha ha ...
