Yes, or simply if people might consider it ethnocentric - or anything else. I found it a bit odd, as foodways are so different around the world.

I remember reading that list a while ago. Some of it is indeed weird: celery flakes? This list looks like an odd mixtures of spices, fruit and fish.

I don't consider some of those items to qualify as "food."
I'm surprised that people who really believe this sort of stuff have not created a company that would put all of these foods into a blender and turn them into pellets that they could sell like Tic Tacs.

I can't imagine that celery flakes have much of the vitamins left - and about none of the fibre.
