Unfortunately not, but I'm sure that a site like www.trivago.com or www.hotels.com could help you a lot. When I went to Prague about 30 years ago, I stayed in some sort of hostel, but it was quite far from the city. (I had a rental car, which allowed me to find the cheapest rate -- Prague was already becoming overcrowded, even back then.) As far as I'm concerned, the main problem with Prague is that it is highly overrated. Oh, it's a nice cheap place to visit compared to Western Europe, but it is not as fascinating as many people raved ten years ago or so. I far prefer Budapest. Have you seen my ancient report about Prague? Prague around 1990 I posted it 8 years ago, and it never generated much enthusiasm on this forum.

I beg to disagree. I am a huge fan of Prague. Been close to a dozen times. Including a first trip with my fiancée for about 10 days. Just love the place. Hotels I have been to were 4 or 5 stars. Very cheap by Parisian standard. So instead of paying less for a cheap hotel I prefer paying the same for a luxurious one. I think one of those was hôtel de Paris or something close. Hotel de France maybe. Close to republic namesty - ni idea where trainstation is. Have a great trip anyway.
