How beautiful! I love that so many of the photos make me want to go out and take a walk and enjoy it as though it were part of a larger journey.

Several remind me of my favorite Robert Frost (1874–1963) poem. The Road Not Taken (1920) Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both And be one traveler, long I stood And looked down one as far as I could To where it bent in the undergrowth; Then took the other, as just as fair, And having perhaps the better claim, Because it was grassy and wanted wear; Though as for that the passing there Had worn them really about the same, And both that morning equally lay In leaves no step had trodden black. Oh, I kept the first for another day! Yet knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come back. I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.

That poem came to my mind too!
I love those pictures they make me want to step stright into them. The ones with amazing bright leaves call to me the most.

We finally got them in Paris. Some are fully out and others are just starting. But there are definitely flowers everywhere now.

I'm glad there is a railway!
Few leaves here yet, except low-growing shrubs, things in the ground, and weeds of course. There are some early flowers though. We are always a few weeks behind Paris, and most places. But the spring here is very sudden and almost violent.
