I had not been to the itunes site in about a year, but a friend told me about great free podcasts. There is some amazing stuff on there!
If you have itunes, just search for podcast and the type of music you're looking for. There is so much amazing free stuff!
For anyone into modern electronic/glitch/house check out 'memekast'.

I read this again earlier this week because I do download quite a few podcasts but its normally things such as Mayo and Kermode's Friday Movie review. I looked at Memekast out of curiosity and ended up downloading the last two available (36 and 37 from memory?) Well I listened to them in the car today and was actually quite surprised that it is good driving sounds on there. Definately recommended if you have an open mind.

I am of a generation that does not have the podcast reflex, to my great regret. There are so many moments in the week which would be an excellent time to listen to a podcast rather than listen to crap radio or count the flies on the ceiling.

I have started having them on in the flat in the background and in the car. There are casts for every taste in there.

I recently discovered Bargrooves podcast on Itunes. Absolutely fantastic music for chilling with friends. Really good

Only in the last year have I managed to start regularly using the replay function on my television. Podcasts are still a couple of years in my future, but then again maybe not. I am such a news junky that there is very little that I miss on the media, and podcasts about other subjects seem pretty futile to me, even when they are interesting (literature, travel, etc.).
But I am still evolving.
