Those with the elegance to overlook small mistakes and the nitpickers. (I confess that in real life I am a nitpicker but for some reason I am quite indulgent here.) Kimby: Deyana; Kerouac, wouldn't "grace" be the word you were looking for when you said "elegance"? And I thought you were STILL a nitpicker! Why be indulgent? No one is gonna ban you on your own site! ;-)

Us literal folks are dependent on exact choice of word to make sense of the world.
Those who are literal and those who are illiterate?

Ah, I don't know if that one works... a lot of illiterate people take things literally.

Ah, I don't know if that one works... a lot of illiterate people take things literally. Those who "get" irony and those who don't? And Kerouac, I'm surprised at you for not picking up on my misuse of "us" instead of "we"... or is that you being indulgent?

Those of us who contemplate the sad fate of the fly on our windshield and those who think it is just an annoying mess. Nice one, Iain. But some of us consider both points of view simultaneously. Or at least consecutively. Those who keep their religious beliefs/non-beliefs to themselves and those who wear their cross (or headscarf) on their sleeve, so to speak.
