Just received seeds from a friend,Goji berries(lycium barbarum)AKA Wolf Berry. Shrubby vine to 12 feet,highly tolerant of most temperatures(down to 12F),drought tolerant,well drained soil preferrable. Small red berries,sweet tartish tasting,kind of raisonish. Contains 21 trace minerals,18 amino acids,13% protein, more Beta carotene than carrots, more iron than spinach,Vitamins B1,2,6 and E (rare in fruit),also high anti-oxidant content.
