Are there items that you prefer to eat when there are no witnesses? Things that you prefer to pick up or rip apart or suck on but not with other people watching?
I know some people for example who will not touch a chicken other than with a knife and fork if they are in public but who will grab it with their hands if in safe company.
Tonight I was eating some mystery fish from Indonesia that I had grilled (my new houseguest was thankfully out). It was a tricky bastard, so I took it apart with my fingers and picked the flesh out as needed. It was a total mess, but I could do whatever was necessary because nobody was watching.
Is there anything that you eat using 'inappropriate' methods when nobody is looking?

Corn on the cob, with lots of butter on it. Real nice and messy, and I love the way the bits get stuck in your teeth. Not too romantic though.

Kraft Dinner - that way I can place each forkful on the edge of my hot buttered rye toast, bite it off and load up another forkful, bite, etc. until I'm done, all without comment.

Gosh, almost everything!
I've mentioned some of this before, such as eating salad with a spoon and liking to have the meat item (whether meat, chicken, or fish) ready-to-eat on the plate.
There are some things that are so messy you can't really enjoy them outside the house, what with worrying about good manners and splashing stuff on your nice clothes.
