That's a bulletin board at Little Hall on the University campus. People have been posting fliers on it for years. The flyers disappear, all except the staples and little bits of leftover paper.

While it makes a very different pic, it is extremely untidy and shows a lazy attitude.

Well, it just gets worse.
That is a telling comment on the conspicious consumption, waste, greed, and lack of discipline of modern society. Can you tell that I am in my "we're all going to hell in a handcart" mood. LOL

I identify with Mossie about going to hell in a handcart.....trouble is our 'leaders' are going to hell in a luxury bus fitted with every desire satisfied......and then some.

Agree with Mossie. They should make those whippersnappers pull out every one of those staples & beat them into plowshares!

Too true! I can't help wondering how the 'Mohican' style still perpetuates nearly , what 40 years?, after it was first exposed to the world? This could mean someones little baby boy born today might be sporting one in the next 2 decades..

These modern-day Mohicans take the easy way out by shaving their heads. I've started reading the diary of a man from this part of Pennsylvania captured by Indians in 1758 and quickly adopted into the Conewago tribe, and they pulled the hair out. By the handful, in his case.
It makes my scalp hurt to think of it.
