No, not quite there yet . I was curious as to how many "Old Wives Tales" people grew up hearing and how much credence one places in them. The most common one that I've heard lately is the old,"starve a cold, feed a fever",or is it the other way around?

I am constantly having to tell my students, their parents, and even other teachers, that going outside without a coat or with wet hair will not cause a child to catch a cold. Colds are caused by viruses.
Also, too much sugar does NOT cause hyperactivity. (It causes other things like obesity and cavities, though.)
