I thought this was a good YouTube video of the Eiffel Tower on the night of the 31st. At the very end, the little boy asks his parents "What is the Eiffel Tower for?"

Thank you for posting this, k2. I wished Paris a happy new year at 6:00 my time Thursday evening and pictured what was going on at the Eiffel Tower at that time. I thought, too late of finding a tower cam on the net somewhere, but I hoped someone here would do it.
