Shouldn't South Australia be getting very warm now? It is almost summer down there...
Nowhere near where I live, but there is very severe flooding in southern BC. Fumobici, is this affecting where you live in Washington?
Here is is a "normal" November day in Montréal, so we're all freezing at no more than 5c. It's been very warm and pleasant up to now.

Nowhere near where I live, but there is very severe flooding in southern BC. Fumobici, is this affecting where you live in Washington? Yes, got an email today from Jacki saying our carport is flooded (which only happens once a year or so) and the streets are running like rivers. Worse yet, the forecast is for more and more of the same for days to come. It was a very nice day here in Anghiari though, should I feel guilt for enjoying it? Serves no purpose at all but I still can't help it happening.

It's always frustrating to be away from one's home and hear word of potentially damaging weather. It has happened to us many times while in NY visiting and talk to whomever is housesitting and being told that there is street flooding, dangerously too close to entering our home. Those days will soon be not so worrisome as the new house will be sufficiently raised and no need to "sandbag it".
Very pleasant here, 70F, clear skies, sunny and dry. We are entertaining taking a road trip tomorrow over to the North Shore to visit some friends.

Yes, at least spouse is there and of course there is no reason to feel guilty, especially since you probably had business to attend to in Anghiari. I've never been to that town, though I have visited Arezzo.

Shouldn't South Australia be getting very warm now? It is almost summer down there... Our weather has given up all hope of following patterns. We have had no spring this year, coldest day since 1994...2 weeks out from summer. Last Summer lingered well into autumn but apart from the fires, only had a few really hot days. The fires have changed the seasons...not enough sleet to kill off the mouse plague (remember them?) but the mouse districts are all flooded ATM so just maybe... Our weather chart is so much simpler to read. If there is a LOW over Adelaide, the south wind shoots up from Antarctica with nothing for 3000 miles to stop it and we shiver. If there is a HIGH over Adelaide, the winds roar in from the Deserts in N and NW coating everything in red dust, and we sweat.

Beautiful, sunny day here. Not a cloud in the sky and a high temperature of 18C. Pretty exceptional, even here, for November.

Very grey in Paris but not all that cold. I'm thinking more about my Singaporean friends in Vancouver but as I recall, they live in one of the higher areas.

Pouring! So far heavy rain for 10min, then sun, then heavy rain and repeat the process. Yesterday we went up to 31C and today max 19C which it has reached already.

I see Oz has declared a La Nina weather event which could mean a wet summer for Oz and a wet winter for the UK.

Great pics Whatagain. Looks very inviting and lovely.
We are having splendid weather these past few days with sunny skies and slightly cool temperatures hovering around the mid to upper 60F's. Tomorrow promises to be the same as we plan to have a small gathering with neighborhood friends to feast outdoors for the Thanksgiving holiday. T. is prepping for his annual seafood gumbo in a very small and challenging small kitchen area where we are now.

It was sunny, but also a bit chilly here today. I don't think it ever got to 10C. Did a very strenuous hike up to a little hamlet atop the hill I'm on called Casale and shot this along the way. We're basically looking east towards the Adriatic. Anghiari is the town spilling over the first hill, and the clouds on the horizon are across the Tiber valley. They tried to make it over towards us all afternoon but failed. Not a great photo, but in real life the view was pretty stunning.

Raining all night here, just spitting now. Rain forecast off and on for the next three days. Then there is snow forecast for Monday! Oh, joy. Anyway, it shouldn't be cold enough for it to stick and stay around but I won't like driving in it if I don't have to.

8°, gray and occasional rain today. We had some sunshine for a while early this afternoon but I wasted it by going to the supermarket. At least the walk there and back was pleasant.
