It is so strange how the people who rule the world have full access to nuclear archives from the last time there was a nuclear attack, yet so many of them still think it is a good idea to continue creating and perfecting nuclear weapons.
People also seem to assume automatically that any country that wants to possess nuclear technology is planning to build nuclear weapons.
That would seem to imply that these people believe that (graphic warning) recreating this situation is acceptable.
I personally do not understand how anybody would want to create such horror or is able to suspect that people in other countries, even if there are major political differences, could possibly want to do such a thing even to an enemy.
