I want to make a sauce for lunch today.
I'll be frying some pork chops, removing them from the pan, then frying some onions and garlic in the fat.
Then I plan on either adding yoghurt and/ or milk. Will it be too sour with yoghurt?
I don't have sour cream and I'm too lazy to get it.

Answering you way too late, but .......... what about adding a little flour after frying the onions & garlic, stirring it in & cooking enough to get the raw out, then dribble in the milk, stirring all the while, until you get a gravy. It will probably be too thick, so you may want to put in a splash of water or wine & the juices from the pork chops, plus some chopped parsley. Taste, add salt & pepper if needed, then off the fire add a little yoghurt at a time until you get the taste & texture you want.

Not too late ;D
I'm starting the sauce now exactly as you said without flour and yoghurt.
Thanks, Bixa.
