I seem to amaze everybody when I say I never watched a full episode of friends. The same applies to sex and the city and more recently game of thrones. I think in friends there were pre recorded laughters and I can’t cope with those.

I don't understand why the death of this actor Perry is getting so much media attention. Is there nothing else going on in the world? I saw on the "front page" of the BBC website this morning there are 4 separate articles!

I’d never heard of him until he died not being an aficionado of Friends. And on BBC TV news this morning it was covered all over again!

Maybe because it's mentally easier to deal with only a single death in the daily news right now?

He was killed in the movie, too, in preparation for real life.
