Yes, it is. I was wandering around the Bastille area in the rain and, once I realized the parade was just down the road and heading my way, I decided to take some pictures. I think I got a few good ones, though taking photos of large groups of moving people took a little learning on my part.

Ah, it looks like one of the inevitable Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. Once during a wild weekend in Strasbourg, I found myself transporting 3 of them in my rental car for a change of club and I still remember the looks of other cars stopped at the traffic signals, since the Sisters are obviously incapable of sitting quietly under any circumstances.
