Amboseli, I hadn't seen your last few photos. They're super.
And, Kerouac, that's a very nice shot. I like your choice of tones for your settings.

#394 is photographically perfect in the "a picture is worth a thousand words" category!
And #395 is hugely satisfying in composition, tone, and capture of the subject's beauty and emotional state.

Super photo! Rather a renaissance composition, with that slightly turned figure of the photographer in the middle & the young men arrayed moodily on the rocks. I love that the Russian scholar has his legs in the position of that squatting, kicking Russian dance.

I hope you dropped her a few euros, she looks as though she has started to turn up her toes.

What a wonderful merry and intelligent face your mother had -- so beautiful. That is an outstanding set of portraits photographically, and a real family treasure as well.

Bixa...that is one helluva portrait, so crisp and clear. The row of soft cloud, blue horizon, white cliffs and bright skin on the arm, even the side of the boat, all draw our eye to the subject's face. His face is full of interest, too, with the light patterns. His eyes look marvellous in their focus, and the colours of the whole portrait contrast so well.
Gold star and elephant stamp for you!
