Last evening's game the Red Sox broke 3 post season records. In the first 2 innings the batter(s) hit 2 Grand Slam home runs making the score 8-0. They scored another run several innings. It wasn't until the 8 inning that Houston managed to score and the game ended with a score of 9-5.
Back to Boston tomorrow night for game 3. The series (playoffs) now tied up 1-1

I’ve never seen a baseball game which is quite disappointing as I know cricket has learnt from it’s techniques in catching, fielding and throwing.
Occasionally we get football games which I don’t particularly care for.

I remember seeing baseball games on television as a child but moments of action were few and far between since the whole point of the pitcher is to make the batter miss. I would approve of a change of the rules where the pitcher would get some sort of points for allowing the ball to be hit, and then of course extra points for the opposing team catching the ball. I don't think that I will be invited to the rule changing conference.

Well, "my" team got knocked out of the playoffs on Friday night.
So, the two teams that will be in the World Series are the Atlanta Braves vs. the Houston Astros.
Needless to say I am very disappointed.
